Leading Work Teams: Increase team efficiency and effectiveness by improving the way your leaders manage team communication.

In a business world where there’s a constant drive to get more done for less, to respond rapidly to change, and to produce the highest standards of quality and service, a key skill for today’s generation of leaders and managers is to build high performing teams that are flexible, creative and light on their feet.

This course helps participants to shape the way their team communicates and works together. It helps them to guide their team in solving problems and making decisions – creatively and collectively. It helps them handle conflict positively and constructively, and it will equip them with techniques to make the best of any challenging people and situations they might encounter.
