  Overview

Professional Communications - Persuade, negotiate, communicate and manage better with effective influencing skills.

In today’s knowledge economy, influencing has become an essential communication skill.
Roles are changing: managers need to influence more and command less, subordinates
are specialists with knowledge that needs to be heard, and customers want long term
relationships based on integrity.

This course helps participants understand what influencing means. It helps them identify win-win outcomes and plan how to achieve them. It helps participants develop the communication skills, the strategies and the understanding to influence effectively when they are face-to-face with customers, peers and their team.
